Alexa Mangum, RYT200 started practicing yoga in 2008 and immediately knew that this practice would be life-changing. Coordinating movement with breath helped to calm her mind and body, allowing her to focus on the present moment and to be more grateful. Yoga has taught her confidence, concentration and composure and continues to transform her daily, so that she is more present in everyday life. Victoria has been doing massage since 2005 and yoga since 2016. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the spring of 2019. She loves helping others be fit, healthy and feel that they have the strength to take on their lives. Her goal is to help others manage pain, correct postural ailments and to treat anyone no matter their age, financial status, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or religious/cultural background. Victoria's techniques include but are not limited to: medical massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, meditation, yin yoga, hatha style yoga, restorative yoga, weightlifting lifting and postural measurements for flexibility, strength and power.
