Option 1: Group Yoga Classes 

  • A full 1 hour yoga class 
  • Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is fun way to get the group moving together. Our talented teachers bring their energy, knowledge, and a great playlist to help your team come together and do something great for their wellbeing.
  • Use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected. We cannot provide all yoga mats, but can often supplement a few. These can be easily and cheaply purchased by those that don't already have one. 

Option 2: Desk Chair Yoga

  • 45 Minute yoga class
  • This class will be led with all participants sitting or standing at their desks, using their chairs as support. The teacher will lead the staff through simple standing and seated postures that target the areas of the body that are most impacted by sitting at a desk all day. 
  • Requires no additional space, mats, or other props. The teacher will bring their extensive knowledge and a great playlist to help employees relax and enjoy themselves.

Alexa Mangum, RYT200 started practicing yoga in 2008 and immediately knew that this practice would be life-changing. Coordinating movement with breath helped to calm her mind and body, allowing her to focus on the present moment and to be more grateful. Yoga has taught her confidence, concentration and composure and continues to transform her daily, so that she is more present in everyday life. Alexa began teacher training in 2016, so that she could learn more about yoga and help others enjoy the same experience. Come practice with her and discover how yoga can enhance your life!

Victoria has been doing massage since 2005 and yoga since 2016. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the spring of 2019. She loves helping others be fit, healthy and feel that they have the strength to take on their lives. Her goal is to help others manage pain, correct postural ailments and to treat anyone no matter their age, financial status, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or religious/cultural background. Victoria's techniques include but are not limited to: medical massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, meditation, yin yoga, hatha style yoga, restorative yoga, weightlifting lifting and postural measurements for flexibility, strength and power.
