Her natural sense of intuition as well as many years training as a competitive dancer have honed her understanding of the human body and how it moves, and has added to her knowledge and skill set to provide quality, personalized massages for her clients, as well as education in mindfulness techniques to assist maintaining proper body mechanics and a well-functioning mind/body connection.
