Eugene specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage modalities and also incorporates some trigger point therapy and sports massage as it becomes necessary in some cases, or simply something that needs to be tailored to suit a specific persons' needs. He looks forward to working with all types of people to help them towards better posture, improve flexibility/ mobility and overall health consciousness and well being.

Chair Massage

Hayden

Hayden likes helping people and interacting on a deep level. In the course of pursuing these interests, he's been led to develop a technique for energy healing, create a system for releasing people from blocks that are currently holding them back, to study hypnosis and emotional freedom technique, and to learn and consistently practice meditation. He has also learned to provide, and to receive, incredibly relaxing massages. He has found that the key to understanding himself, is to open up to what's happening within him right now, and to do that requires a letting go of all the swirling firmament of normal thinking. Discovering that massage could create relaxation to accomplish this, and be very similar in quality to the relaxation that meditation gives him, was extremely revealing. Hayden trained at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, and there, he learned about Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, and Thai massage. He put a lot of focus into Thai training and has continued to emphasize this in his work since then. He also took classes in onsite chair massage, touch and trauma, and massage for cancer. These were very enjoyable and have served him well as a professional. Since finishing school, Hayden has also trained in Marma and started doing couples massage training and teaching classes. He's found that his previous experience in facilitating healing and his training in the art of Aikido have enhanced his ability to provide clients with a fulfilling massage experience.

A fresh start and a quick rise to the top in San Francisco allowed Kendra to win 'Best of the Bay' in 2011.
