Amy has lived in Houston the majority of her life and had sat behind a desk for over 15 years prior to becoming a Yoga Instructor. She understands the physical and mental ailments that go along with this lifestyle. She strives to provide and teach methods to improve health and wellness to increase happiness and productivity through Yoga.
Amy received my Yoga Teacher Certification in Goa India. She learned from the best and loves sharing her knowledge with others. Another reason she dedicated my life to Yoga is that she had a spinal fusion after a car accident. The doctors shared the benefits of Yoga and that sealed the deal for her. Yoga brings her self confidence, flexibility and mental clarity and she teaches to instill this with others!
Cailyn has been a yoga instructor for over five years now. Moving from Seattle Wa to Houston to have her beautiful baby girl and be near family, has been the biggest challenge and blessing. She is the owner of Happy Feet Kids Yoga, a student, and a nanny. Her love is of course her daughter, surfing and traveling.
Cailyn's life has been one huge adventure. It also has been very challenging especially this past year, as she raises her child solely and pulling herself from postpartum after a very abusive relationship. These hardships have given her the chance to see life differently. You can either choose to let suffering take you, or accept it and grow from the pain. This has taught her so much within her practice.
In order for a person to grow we must suffer but not let it make itself permanent in our live. It is important to Cailyn to practice what she preaches and although we all have our fails, as long as we get back up and either try again or let it go.You are on the right path, your journey has already begun, where you take it is your choice.
Holly believes in the power of yoga to feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Her yoga classes focus on finding stillness and peace while incorporating the opportunity to try new things. She enjoys teaching chair and vinyasa flow yoga to help people live happy and productive lives. In addition to yoga she likes running and attending barre classes.
Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, Kelly aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of her classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana her goal is to have students leave each class refreshed and renewed. Kelly teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning so each student can experience for themselves being mindful and present in their own bodies.
