Option 1: Group Yoga Classes 


  • A full 1 hour yoga class 
  • Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is fun way to get the group moving together. Our talented teachers bring their energy, knowledge, and a great playlist to help your team come together and do something great for their wellbeing.
  • Use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected. We cannot provide all yoga mats, but can often supplement a few. These can be easily and cheaply purchased by those that don't already have one. 

Option 2: Desk Chair Yoga


  • 45 Minute yoga class
  • This class will be led with all participants sitting or standing at their desks, using their chairs as support. The teacher will lead the staff through simple standing and seated postures that target the areas of the body that are most impacted by sitting at a desk all day. 
  • Requires no additional space, mats, or other props. The teacher will bring their extensive knowledge and a great playlist to help employees relax and enjoy themselves.

been practicing yoga for 10 years. She finds that no matter where you are in your life, physically 
and/or mentally, yoga can be a constant grounder and mirror into what makes us tick. When not 
at the yoga studio Amanda’s voice can be heard flogging many products on both TV and Radio. 
Her sense of humor and down to earth approach to yoga combined with great tunes will have

Andrea Lane is a dynamic and innovative yoga instructor based in Los Angeles, CA. She has been practicing over 10 years and teaching yoga for the past 5 years. Andrea completed her yoga certification in 2018. She brings a beautiful mystical quality and meditative music to each well rounded class. All levels are welcome!  As a singer/songwriter, she also writes her own music for class.

Grace has always been drawn to the power of yoga. Joining together the mind, body, and soul, she has found great peace in her practice of 10 years. She began her career as a classroom teacher and brought these mindful practices to her students daily, which then inspired her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training.
 
She continues to deepen her understanding of this ancient practice and all its physical and mental benefits and how it applies to our on-the-go, busy society. In the middle of all the chaos, she believes that it is yoga that brings peace, grounding, and center.
 
Grace's classes are energetic and inspiring. In each class she brings together the science of yoga and its philosophy, opening space for each student to find the grace to heal inside and out.

Lauren loves the power of yoga for its ability to quiet the mind, strengthen the body and connect to the inner self. She brings to her classes creative sequencing, approachable breath work and a true love for sharing yoga with others. She comes to yoga steeped in over 20 years of dance & acrobatic training and holds certifications in both vinyasa flow and trauma informed yoga. She is indebted to her teachers Stephanie Snyder, Susannah Freedman, Nichol Chase, Jason Crandall and Robyn Duryea.

Malia Wright has been in the wellness world for 7 years, teaching Yoga and Ayurveda through 1-1 coaching, group programs, workshops, and retreats. She is E-RYT 200 and 300hr yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. Ayurveda means the science of life and living and is the sister science to Yoga. She adapts these ancient techniques for the modern world, to calm the nervous system and bring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body into ease. Her practice is inviting to all people from all backgrounds to nurture a relationship with the self while feeling open and liberated.

With an extensive training background in competitive gymnastics and professional dance, Nikki’s love of motion, curiosity about the human body, and desire to heal led her straight into the arms of yoga, where she first experienced real connection. Nikki currently holds 450 hours of yoga certification, including Power Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, and Yoga Sculpt. During class, she guides students though a physical practice that pushes beyond one’s body and drives into the deeper metaphysical properties we all possess. The strength cultivated in her classes helps one to grow his/her asana practice, but that same strength can be translated directly into all aspects of life. Nikki believes that yoga is much more than the shapes we create with our bodies. A genuine yoga practice is one that transcends the confines of a mat or studio. True yoga is found in how we see ourselves, how we interact with others, and how we view the world. It is a lifestyle and a lifelong practice.
