Beth has been studying yoga for the past 15 years and teaching since 2004. She is constantly learning on the yogic path and is inquisitive by nature; seeking out teachers with varied approaches to yoga and meditation that informs her own yoga practice and teachings. Receiving Reiki attunement in 2009 and trained as a massage therapist in 1992, Beth believes that we all have an inherent ability within us to support and heal one another, and together, we may grow, evolve, and live a life of freedom, happiness, and peace. Her intention is that her yoga teachings help to foster this attitude with everyone who practices with her. Her teachings are influenced primarily by the intimate relationship we can cultivate with the breath. Through mindful, engaged movement and breath, it is Beth's belief that we become intricately connected to the present moment - the ultimate fulfillment of our practice. It is there, in the present, that we fully accept, care for, and respect ourselves without question. This is yoga.

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Lauren spent ten years in the corporate world, not enjoying it much and doing a ton of yoga to compensate. After having two babies in two years, she and her husband were trying to adjust to life with small children and took a formal course in transcendental meditation. It was life changing, and she has spent the last few years practicing, reading, and listening to everything she can get her hands on about meditation and mindfulness practice. Lauren made a decision to not go back to her cubicle and instead pursued a career where she could practice doing what she loves - teaching yoga and meditation. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years and enjoys teaching multiple styles, all the way from a vigorous vinyasa flow to a meditative restorative. When creating her classes, she focuses on intelligent sequencing and a variety of well-rounded poses to create a smooth, balanced class. She is inspried by Jason Crandell, Tiffany Cruikshank, Sharon Salzberg, her kids, and her students.
Lili Xia (E-RYT 200) has dedicated herself to practice and study yoga since 2010. Nadia has been practicing yoga and incorporating its philosophy into her life since middle school, over 15 years ago. Growing up from a martial arts background, Nadia feels grateful to have those skills instilled in her at a young age. She wishes to help all walks of life find true mind, body, and spirit clarity through yoga on and off the mat. As she began to feel the many benefits of yoga, she felt this wave of inspiration to share this beautiful gift of yoga. Completing her Registered Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Power Yoga Certificate at Core Power in North Park, she wanted to dive even deeper into an extension program with an additional 50 hours of yoga training through Core Power Yoga. Nadia believes yoga is for everyone and no matter if you just began or are an experienced yogi, you will leave her class feeling empowered and proud of yourself.
