Her Hatha class is a slower pace and will focus on alignment in each yoga pose and Vinyasa class is a faster-paced class where the high energy continuously flowing from one pose to the next. She also trained prenatal yoga with Jane Austin through Yoga Tree, 150 hours yoga therapeutic  with Harvey Deutch. Yoga Instructor

Julie

Julie has been practicing yoga for more than 4 years. The journey started with the voice in her heart that wanted to learn more about what yoga is. She listened and followed the guidance from her heart and started with 200 hour heart-based Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program and then the Mentorship Program. The alignment with heart, mind and body that she learned from these 2 programs not only happens on the mat but also in her life. Every practice and teaching, it leads her to a deeper level of understanding herself and how she interacts with herself and others. Julie's teaching is focused on opening your heart, connecting to your heart and listening to your heart; allowing your heart to lead you through the practice on the mat and in your life. She often says “lead with your heart" in the class. It is the foundation of her teaching. Heart first, the mind/the head will follow.

Simona

Simona loves sharing yoga with others. When she discovers something that makes her feel good, something that improves her overall health and well being, she wants others to know about the benefits as well. She is a certified yoga teacher (CYT 200) and has done extensive research in various yoga types and approaches, and draw my practise from hatha, vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga styles. Simona follows the more meaningful personalized approach to yoga and has successfully helped herself recover from serious back pain. She has also helped others with neck pain, back pain, anxiety, weight loss and other conditions and has seen the quality of their lives improve. When practicing yoga, Simona just wants to smile all day, and when she see others benefit from the practice, she feels accomplished and happy. She believes in making classes available to everyone at all levels with needed modifications, in conscious breathing and listening to your body, and in taking yoga practice wherever needed at a given time. She keeps things simple and enjoys adding other elements such as Tai-chi or dance moves with positive music tones. For Simona, yoga is about feeling better and more energized. It"s about releasing tension and gaining calmness, relaxation and sense of doing something for your body.
