Arynn, RYT is on a mission: a mission to share the joy of yoga. Originally, yoga introduced itself to her in 2009 while she was a modern dance performer. After transforming herself from an overstressed dancer into a human who could finally experience peace & healing, she began her unapologetic love affair with yoga. By early 2012, she was living in sunny Arizona and training to receive her yoga certification. Arynn’s yogic teaching influences include: Anusara-inspired alignment, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin and a specialty focus in Yoga Therapy for anxiety, stress alleviation and PTSD symptom management. Nowadays, yoga is one of her daily cravings. Every ounce of her being is passionate about sharing a yoga practice that is aligned with her clients' personal, physical & lifestyle goals. In an overstimulating, stress-filled world, Arynn truly believes everybody deserves some delicious yoga in their life. Courtney is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and a graduate of Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. Medical massage, Pain Management, and Sports Therapy are her special areas of interest, but she is dedicated to the needs of any human body that needs love and relaxation.
Emily is a 200hr CYT that makes it her mission to bring unconditional love, laughter, and joy into her yoga classes. By practicing these feelings, we have the opportunity to teach our minds to experience them even off our mat. Yoga encourages this process through juicy movement, embodied breath-work, and deep meditation. Her dharma is to guide you through these practices to improve the quality of your life.
Jessica discovered her love of body-based therapy in 2014 during a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Three Sisters Yoga in Manhattan. After her certification Jessica went on to teach yoga to people of varying demographics and skill levels in New York, Colorado and Costa Rica. Jessica completed an additional 200 hour Hot Yoga teacher training in 2017 through Core Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado. Since then, Jessica has completed additional training in Trauma Informed yoga and Yin yoga.
Korey, aka "Fox" is a new teacher at the Rino Yoga Social, and looks forward to not only sharing his love and knowledge of yoga, but to engage with his fellow instructors, students, and community members in a way that helps the entire collective grow deeper into their experience and practice with yoga.
Fox started yoga in high school as a supplement to athletics, and maintained an on-off relationship with yoga until forming an almost daily practice in 2017. After completing a 15-Week Teacher Training in the Spring of this year (2019) with Kindness Yoga in Denver, CO, he was able to earn my RYT-200 hour certification with a focus on Vinyasa. He also has his Level 1 Training for Restorative Yoga, which he also earned through Kindness Yoga.
Fox believes deeply in the engagement of self, both mentally and physically in his classes, and looks to bring focus through intention and purpose. Classes find a focus on alignment and adapting poses to fit every student. Yoga should find us balancing effort and ease, and he believes engagement on multiple levels is key to this balance.
Kylie received her 200hr yoga certification in India, March 2016. She loves teaching in group settings as well as private yoga sessions. Her passions are nature, painting, jewelry making, SUP yoga, hiking, music, and exploring new vegan foods. Kylie is a massage therapist as well, so she loves helping others heal themselves through self care, meditation, and movement of the ultimate zen.
Logan Kinney is a yoga teacher, stand up paddle board yoga teacher, massage therapist, and mama. She teaches locally, at yoga retreats, or can bring yoga and massage to the space of your choice. She is currently working her certification in nutrition coaching and personal training. She loves being in the water and on the beach, a good green smoothie, and an adventure. Although her passion is supporting others through their health and wellness journeys, her favorite job is being a mama.
Michele Vaugh has been practicing yoga for over four continuous years developing her passion for body strength, infinite peace and serenity which she finds within the practice of Yoga. Michele is a Colorado based teacher getting her 200 hr certification through Kindness Yoga. Learning under outstanding Colorado based teachers such as Jen Hicks and Ginny Biddle. Michele’s teaching style is Vinyasa Flow for all levels but specializes with working with beginners and athletes. Michele’s classes are created and motivated to help build strength, flexibility for the avid athlete in sports such as rock climbing, running and weightlifting. However, she applies mindfulness, engagement and acceptance with her students so that they may grow their practice with an open-mind for well-being . She studies psychology and applies her discipline and gift for consciousness through the practice of Vinyasa. After taking her class you will find your mind relaxed, confident and tapped into the present moment. All of Michele's class are donation based and she contributes a portion of the proceedings to one of Colorado's charities. Michele shares this gift of yoga with others so that kindness and mindfulness can spread through the collective. "Love and Chi"
As a yoga teacher and massage therapist, Molly brings empathy and compassion to the bodies and souls she touches. She strives to reduce physical discomforts, quiet busy minds and calm energies so that clients can reconnect to their pure and whole selves.
Calling upon her gift as an intuitive healer, Molly works slowly, intentionally and listens to each body’s unique needs during massage, while drawing from a variety of modalities including swedish, deep tissue, thai stretching, MFR and much more in order to provide the most beneficial work for her clients. Molly graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in Denver, CO.
Bodywork was a natural progression for Molly after teaching yoga since 2014. Molly completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Megan Lutz in Connecticut, learning the lineage of Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow Yoga and then advanced to a 500hr certification after an immersive study at an ashram in Rishikesh, India in 2017. Molly teaches an all-levels vinyasa-style class to encourage deep connection to breath and movement. Molly meets students wherever they are in their practice and holds space for people to engage their bodies effectively while witnessing thoughts, patterns and feelings through the flow.

Pardees's yoga journey began in 2009 and has brought with it an ever evolving sense of tranquility, bliss, and awareness. After diving deep into this powerful practice, she felt called to share its gifts and began teaching family and friends from my home in Buffalo, NY. In 2014, her wandering spirit led her to Rishikesh, India where she studied to receive my RYT-200 certification.
Pardees calls herself an artist and has a deep love for all things that nourish the soul, expand the heart, and challenge the mind. She has found that seeing the interconnectedness of all things leads to a peaceful spirit, so she truly enjoys incorporating all things art into her teaching style. Poetry, music, aromatherapy, healing touch, dance. Whether you’re in the mood to break a sweat and really challenge yourself, unwind and recharge, or focus on a specific area, she can offer exactly what you need.

Rachel lives in pursuit of teaching others to move better, connect deeper and live fuller. She is a youth educator, yoga teacher, holistic circus therapist, movement and meditation coach. Her mission is to enhance our connection with ourselves, our bodies, each other and the world around. Using our bodies as tools of expression and communication and vessels for personal growth and esteem. Rachel is inspired to remind us to put ourselves and our self care first. Let’s make space in our lives and our bodies for what serves us best one breath at a time. All levels welcome.
