Brittanie’s RYT roots in yoga are buried much deeper than her mat, and she looks at yoga as more of a lifestyle. When Brittanie first started doing yoga she was amazed by how much the short practice of yoga in the morning brought to her entire day. As she continued to do yoga, the practice started to transform her entire life and her connection to the brilliant universe around her. As she engulfed her entire being more into this harmonious practice, her flexibility and strength in her whole body continued to grow, bringing more strength and flexibility into her mind. Brittanie, always being a positive, fun, loving person, continues to watch her life become more amazing each day on and off of her mat. My practice of yoga is like a dance. My mat, my personal stage, to allow my body to naturally flow with the music of my breath. “The art of movement is beautiful, and I feel so very honored to be able to lead people through their own sacred dance.” Brittanie loves working to help harmonize the entire being, working to reestablish the the delicate connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Brittanie believes that optimal health starts with great posture awareness, the breath, and a smile. She brings this positive energy to every class she teaches. Grounded with a background in anatomy and the health sciences, Brittanie brings creativity, love, and an artistic perspective to her yoga flow. She resonates well with the chakra centers, and brings her knowledge to help better balance and realign these energy centers while teaching vinyasa style, posture-alignment based yoga designed to create flexibility and strength in the mind and body. Brittanie also is a Massage Therapist, and lives a holistic life.
Emily is a 200hr RYT that makes it her mission to bring unconditional love, laughter, and joy into her yoga classes. By practicing these feelings, we have the opportunity to teach our minds to experience them even off our mat. Yoga encourages this process through juicy movement, embodied breath-work, and deep meditation. Her dharma is to guide you through these practices to improve the quality of your life.
Arynn, RYT is on a mission: a mission to share the joy of yoga. Originally, yoga introduced itself to her in 2009 while she was a modern dance performer. After transforming herself from an overstressed dancer into a human who could finally experience peace & healing, she began her unapologetic love affair with yoga. By early 2012, she was living in sunny Arizona and training to receive her yoga certification. Arynn’s yogic teaching influences include: Anusara-inspired alignment, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin and a specialty focus in Yoga Therapy for anxiety, stress alleviation and PTSD symptom management. Nowadays, yoga is one of her daily cravings. Every ounce of her being is passionate about sharing a yoga practice that is aligned with her clients' personal, physical & lifestyle goals. In an overstimulating, stress-filled world, Arynn truly believes everybody deserves some delicious yoga in their life. So whether you want to turn your mat into a playground for upside-down poses, cultivate inner strength, enhance kinesthetic awareness, cross-train, increase flexibility or simply find a safe space for self-care, she is here to facilitate.
