Beth began her journey as a licensed massage therapist in 2011, when she graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. Because of that, she understands the tensions and stress that can accumulate in the body with that type of work. She loves being able to help others release those tensions and much more! In her spare time she also loves gardening and hiking in the mountains around her Colorado Springs home.

Kelly has been an animal lover since she was very small, with horses and dogs being her favorites! She saw a horse when she was 2 yrs old and she was done! It became all about horses for her! Kelly learned to ride as a child, got her own horse when she was 11 yrs old and has had one ever since (or 2) except for college years. She attended Cal Poly, SLO and graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Admin /MGT and a commission in the United States Army. She spent 23 yrs in the Army Reserves and CAL Guard and worked as a Correctional Officer in a prison for a bit. She didn't feel like her personality fit into this type of work, though. As time went on, she became fascinated with natural health. How does our body work? What can we do for it to enable it to be it's best and to heal itself? She had many injuries and physical therapists and massage therapists always helped her pain. Kelly wanted to continue the magic and give back. She was encouraged by her massage therapist to attend massage school and with that influence and her desire to study something she was interested in, she attended massage therapy school. It was fantastic. Kelly graduated in the top 5 of her class and is a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist.
