Amanda

Amanda has worked as a licensed Massage Therapist since 1999. In that time, she has performed massage in various settings consisting of athletic events, backstage at concerts, office, clinical and spa settings. Amanda enjoys what she does; in 2009 she returned to Esthetic school and went on to receive her Master Esthetician license.  Amanda is currently working as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician in the state of Utah.  Over the past 16 years Amanda has had the opportunity to take a wide range of continued education that contributes to her unique massage style and touch.  Amanda enjoys providing customized treatments for clients" specific needs.

Ashley

Ashley Is a LMT and graduate from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. She absolutely loves connecting with her clients and probing the type of bodywork they need to maintain a balance in their daily life. Working intuitively is her specialty using modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Trigger Point therapies. 

Brandon

After graduating with his B.A.in Psychology from Purdue University, Brandon felt led by the hand of providence to Salt Lake City where he studied massage at UCMT in 2004. Since that time he has enjoyed massage as a full time practice and also found his beautiful wife here who made him one happy father of two.

Brittney

Brittney is a massage therapist and Exercise and Sports Science major from Layton, Utah. She chose this career field because of the people you get to meet and help. She loves helping others achieve their health goals, whether that's through massage, nutrition or exercise. She has two kids, loves to be outside in the sun, and go on adventures.

Catherine

Catherine has lived in Utah for nearly 30 years coming from upstate New York. She received her BS in pychology in 1991 and graduated from UCMT in 1997. She enjoys helping people in their goals to be happy and healthy. She is a licensed massage therapist who has worked in chiropractic, clinic, spa, and natural health settings. She is currently enjoying all of the awesome opportunities that chair massage offers. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, camping, swimming, gardening, and going to baseball games. She especially loves doing these things with her husband and son.

Gabriella

I have been licensed in massage for one year now, and have trained for two. I absolutely love what I do, and my love only increases as I continue to further my knowledge of my practice. I think massage is so underestimated when it comes to the benefits it provides. It has stigmatized as only a luxury but it is so much more! The physical, emotional and psychological benefits that massage can offer changes lives! I see it as my duty as a healer to show people all the amazing benefits that massage has to offer. Bringing it into the workplace will show corporate workers and bosses all the changes that will occur in their companies when massage is incorporated! It will provide increased productivity, better office morale and simply show employees that they are respected and valued. I want to show the world all the real medical benefits that massage offers, and help make everyone a little healthier, happier and less stressed. I engage actively with each and every client as if they are my only priority, so that each session no matter the length is about their personal needs. I truly, deeply love what I do, and I want to use it to change the world, one client at a time!

Holly

Holly is a Utah native and has been an LMT since 2009. She graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah and has continually strived to better her education. She has pursued further education a variety of massage therapy techniques and is currently working on her AS in health sciences and pre-medical requirements and hopes to one day become an Osteopathic Physician. 

She is an outgoing, enthusiastic person whose intuitive, empathetic and nurturing attitude matches her massage style of therapeutic and detailed, yet gentle and relaxing. Her unique style of combining long strokes of Swedish, sports and injury-specific or deeper work utilizes myofascial release, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy and positional release therapy to addresses chronic pain patterns and syndromes and help the body let go of long-held tension patterns and ease restrictions in range of motion of the joints.Through massage therapy, Holly has been able to help her clients find relief and a deeper connection with their own body. She believes that the connection and awareness of our bodies is closely tied to physical, emotional and mental health.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys yoga, meditation, making healthy meals and snacks, fishing, biking, and training for events such as 5ks, the Spartan Race and Triathlons. 
 

Jade

Jade graduated from UCMT in 2005 and has been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. She has worked closely with physical therapists in injury massage and chronic pain. She also taught at Eagle Gate College and specializes in trigger point therapy. She's been doing chair massage at special events and corporate accounts for 14 years. Jade is also experienced in pregnancy massage, cranial sacral therapy and acupuncture.

 Mary McKibben has been a Professional Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011 after graduating from the Renaissance School of Massage in Bountiful, Utah.  She has a variety of work experience including Spa, Green Room and Luxury Resort settings.  She currently has her own practice.

Mary is passionate about massage, going into the profession to offer healing to others. She has a compassionate approach, carefully listening to her clients needs while educating them about their bodies.  Her signature style combines therapeutic Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology and Sports massage to help relieve the stresses of everyday life while getting the body back into alignment.  Her specialties include neck, hip, lower back and shoulders. Mary strives to provide a deep relaxation experience by putting the mind, body and spirit in balance.

Meleane

Meleane has been doing massage for 5 years now. There are so many things she loves about massage that make her enjoy her job. Being able to heal the body through touch is an amazing thing. She worked at a spa for the first 3 years of her practice and now works at a chiropractic office too. Some of her hobbies are writing and filmmaking. She loves film and everything that goes into it and of course the outdoors and all the beautiful nature Utah has to offer.

Russell

Russell first began Massage Therapy nearly 25 years ago after being involved in a roll-over auto accident.  Thanks to his best friend through massage therapy helped him through a full recovery. This is when he became sold on the enormous positive effects of massage therapy and how it can help the body heal.  As a result, his desire is to help other people as his best friend had helped him.  He is a retired Army Veteran of 28 years with most of his career as an instructor at a military academy in Field Artillery, Engineering, Battlefield Operations, and Leadership Development.  
Russell completed his massage therapy training in Salt Lake City at the Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT) and received his Utah State License and began his private business as Body Sentinel.  He specializes in Sports and Injury Massage, integrating Structural, Fascia Release, Acupressure and Energy-Work.  He continues to study on his own on a regular basis to keep up with knowledge on the human body and bodywork. Other than performing 60, 90, or 120 minute bodywork, he performs at least 10 hours a week on chair massages at many different companies and corporations along the Utah Wasatch Front. Russell regularly volunteers as a massage therapist for different sporting events such as Marathons and Triathlons.  10 years and counting at the World Championship Ironman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii, 4 years at the Ironman Triathlon 70.3 and 140.6 at Coeur d"Alene, Idaho and 2 years at the Ironman Triathlon 70.2 in St. George, Utah.
