Danielle discovered yoga in college when she signed up for a hatha yoga series to fulfill a physical education requirement. She was hooked, and welcomed the healing journey that yoga took her on. In 2010, she committed to a daily, regular yoga practice. By 2014 she was ready to take her journey to a new level, and signed up for teacher training with Meg Galazra, owner of YogaOne studio, located in Cedarburg, WI. It was through teacher training that Danielle discovered a love for the flowing dynamic movements of vinyasa flow, and an appreciation of the relaxing benefits of restorative yin yoga. In 2017 Danielle completed her advanced yoga teacher training with the fearless Gina Caputo, director of The Colorado School of Yoga.
Deanna Patrick did her teacher training at Cambio yoga studio. Deanna loved their concept of donation-based yoga that is accessible to all.
"I fell in love with yoga fifteen years ago, when i realized how it reduced stress and taught me how to be mindfull, both on and off the mat. I love being a teacher as much as being a student. I have taken extended trainings in restorative and yin yoga. In my classes I like to create a spirit of playfulness and inspiriration, opening up to students the wonder of how our bodies and mind can heal through yoga. My hope is always, you step off the mat feeling refreshed , nourished, peacful, and balanced".

"Yoga is not for the flexible; it is for the willing." - Unknown
As a child growing up in North Carolina, Liza spent her afternoons and summers living the sedentary/antisocial life. She didn't participate in any sports and preferred the indoors to out. As an adult, she didn't like working out at the gym but didn't have the motivation to work out at home and struggled with depression and anxiety. Her yoga journey began in 2010. The physical benefits aside, she felt focused, confident, and motivated. She became friends with her body, after years of not feeling strong enough, fast enough, good enough. Liza is now willing to keep her mind and heart open to all possibilities. In an effort to inspire the willing she attended Hot Asana Yoga University in March 2015 and under the great tutelage of Virginia Gallagher and Lisa Rischitelli earned her 200 hour teacher training certificate. Since then she has attended workshops with Kathryn Budig, Rolf Gates, Bryan Kest, Dice Iida-Klein, and Grace Morales. In her classes she encourages and challenges all levels through creative sequencing and safe alignment. Ultimately, Liza's desire as a yoga teacher is for you to walk off your mat aware of your power, potential, and progress.
