She currently keeps a private practice in Minneapolis where her sessions incorporate Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Integrative techniques, Deep tissue techniques and Aromatherapy. Her natural sense of intuition as well as many years training as a competitive dancer have honed her understanding of the human body and how it moves, and has added to her knowledge and skill set to provide quality, personalized massages for her clients, as well as education in mindfulness techniques to assist maintaining proper body mechanics and a well-functioning mind/body connection.

Her goal is to help her patients combat the pressures of living in a high-stress society while simultaneously educating them in taking the necessary steps to achieve their health and wellness goals, both short term and long term. Lauren loves spending her free time with friends and family (and the dogs), taking in movies and the Twin Cities arts/music/theater scene, and finding new and unique disciplines to learn about and become proficient in with the intention of incorporating them into her practice in the future. She is currently a student of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release technique, and also currently studying both Traditional and Non-Traditional Usui Reiki (a.k.a. energy work)."
