In our modern day world, it’s easier than ever to connect online, but this has come at the cost of disconnecting from our bodies. Many of us often don’t notice the discomfort and stress of the long days at work setting in until we wake up with terrible back pain or get a tension headache that requires taking time off work. A proliferation of new research and countless personal testimonials show massage done right is medicine for mind and body.
Preventative health care measures like massage therapy help reduce work stress, increase productivity, and boost office morale. What better way to show your employees you care for their well-being as well as help them be their best at work?

Hi, my name is Julia. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006. During this time, I have really enjoyed everything I have learned about massage and seeing how it benefits so many different clients. I have been told by clients that I specialize in relaxation and trigger-point therapy techniques. I am also certified in Pediatric Massage and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am excited to focus more on Chair Massage and have enjoyed the events I have done in the past. Going forward, I would like to learn more about Lymphatic, Cranial-Sacral massage therapies, and stretching techniques.
My name is Bethany Mathias. I graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, Missouri.
I am married to a wonderful man, and together we have a precious little girl. I love natural medicine and herbs, yoga, taking long walks, country music, cooking, playing with my baby and of course, a lovely piece of dark chocolate.
I decided to become a massage therapist because I believe in the power of healing through touch. Touch is a powerful tool that often is underestimated in a person’s healing process. Massage has healing and therapeutic benefits but also is extremely relaxing.
I am here to serve in whatever way someone may desire. Whether it be simply to relax and recharge, to work out tight muscles, or to seek healing from an injury, my goal is to give the best massage I possibly can.
