In our modern day world, it’s easier than ever to connect online, but this has come at the cost of disconnecting from our bodies. Many of us often don’t notice the discomfort and stress of the long days at work setting in until we wake up with terrible back pain or get a tension headache that requires taking time off work. A proliferation of new research and countless personal testimonials show massage done right is medicine for mind and body.

He is certified by the CAMTC and is currently working mainly in the field of corporate wellness/chair massage. He has a more clinical background as most of his experience is working with a chiropractor treating various acute pains that may be caused by an accident or injury, all the way to other common and/or chronic conditions that some people are dealing with. Eugene specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage modalities and also incorporates some trigger point therapy and sports massage as it becomes necessary in some cases, or simply something that needs to be tailored to suit a specific persons' needs. He looks forward to working with all types of people to help them towards better posture, improve flexibility/ mobility and overall health consciousness and well being.
Hayden likes helping people and interacting on a deep level. In the course of pursuing these interests, he's been led to develop a technique for energy healing, create a system for releasing people from blocks that are currently holding them back, to study hypnosis and emotional freedom technique, and to learn and consistently practice meditation. He has also learned to provide, and to receive, incredibly relaxing massages. He has found that the key to understanding himself, is to open up to what's happening within him right now, and to do that requires a letting go of all the swirling firmament of normal thinking. Discovering that massage could create relaxation to accomplish this, and be very similar in quality to the relaxation that meditation gives him, was extremely revealing. Hayden trained at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, and there, he learned about Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, and Thai massage. He put a lot of focus into Thai training and has continued to emphasize this in his work since then. He also took classes in onsite chair massage, touch and trauma, and massage for cancer. These were very enjoyable and have served him well as a professional. Since finishing school, Hayden has also trained in Marma and started doing couples massage training and teaching classes. He's found that his previous experience in facilitating healing and his training in the art of Aikido have enhanced his ability to provide clients with a fulfilling massage experience.
Kendra's journey to massage therapy started at Manhattan College, where she worked in the Athletic Training room under Dr. John Johnson. It was there she combined knowledge gained from her Exercise Science/Sports Medicine degree with the lessons of massage learned from Doc. She continued her education at The Swedish Institute, where she acquired her NYS License. She began her practice at Equinox in NYC and then had a calling to move to California. A fresh start and a quick rise to the top in San Francisco allowed Kendra to win 'Best of the Bay' in 2011. Having practiced now for over 10 years, she has had the opportunity to fine tune her craft, developing the ability to tailor-fit each session to meet her clients' needs.
