Danika is a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor. She moved to Boise from San Antonio in 2017 and is excited to meet new people in the wellness community!
Lindsey took her first yoga class at a gym in 2006, initially as a complement to running, however, after developing a consistent practice in 2010 she realized the immense healing power of yoga in the face of personal challenges. The immediate mental, emotional and physical benefits of a consistent practice were many, and Lindsey finds great joy in bringing the practice of yoga to others. Lindsey completed her 200 hour teacher training through the Heart of the Village Yoga in Manchester, Vermont in 2017. Her training focused on Vinyasa yoga, along with restorative and yin yoga. Lindsey has completed additional training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Currently, Lindsey teaches yoga through the Adaptive Recreation Department with the City of Boise.
Lindsey, her husband and two young children recently relocated to Boise from Vermont. Off the mat, Lindsey can be found, hiking, telemark skiing, playing tennis chasing her kids at the playground, cooking, and reading.
Lindsey has B.A. in Rhetoric and Economics, and an M.Ed. in Education Administration and Policy. She has worked as a college career counselor and as an academic advisor for first generation college students.
