Kat stepped into her first yoga class 10 years ago. She wasn’t immediately sold on the physical practice, but she was amazed at how calm and clear headed she felt when she walked out of the studio. She kept going back, and eventually yoga became a non-negotiable part of her weekly routine. In 2017 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in San Francisco, and she has been teaching community classes ever since. Kat's mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She strives to create a safe space for her students to decompress and focus on themselves, achieving steadiness of mind regardless of physical abilities. She is currently working on completing her next level of yoga certification and is also a Reiki I practitioner.
