Option 1: Group Yoga Classes 

  • A full 1 hour yoga class 
  • Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is fun way to get the group moving together. Our talented teachers bring their energy, knowledge, and a great playlist to help your team come together and do something great for their wellbeing.
  • Use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected. We cannot provide all yoga mats, but can often supplement a few. These can be easily and cheaply purchased by those that don't already have one. 

Option 2: Desk Chair Yoga

  • 45 Minute yoga class
  • This class will be led with all participants sitting or standing at their desks, using their chairs as support. The teacher will lead the staff through simple standing and seated postures that target the areas of the body that are most impacted by sitting at a desk all day. 
  • Requires no additional space, mats, or other props. The teacher will bring their extensive knowledge and a great playlist to help employees relax and enjoy themselves.

Kat stepped into her first yoga class 10 years ago. She wasn"t immediately sold on the physical practice, but she was amazed at how calm and clear headed she felt when she walked out of the studio. She kept going back, and eventually yoga became a non-negotiable part of her weekly routine. In 2017 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in San Francisco, and she has been teaching community classes ever since.  Kat's mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She strives to create a safe space for her students to decompress and focus on themselves, achieving steadiness of mind regardless of physical abilities. She is currently working on completing her next level of yoga certification and is also a Reiki I practitioner.

Will came to yoga through a coworker. He was drawn to the practice for the health benefits and discovered it helped him to maintain peace of mind and balance through life's many challenges. Will's practice has allowed him to manifest a deep compassion and appreciation for life. He believes yoga is an avenue that can bring peace, courage, and love to the human experience. Will's classes are both lighthearted and intentional. His students will leave class feeling relaxed and balanced with a deeper appreciation for the present moment. He hopes to use his practice to benefit both his students and his community by encouraging others to live healthier and more authentic lives. In his free time, you can find Will making music and spending time with those important to him.
