Option 1: Group Yoga Classes 


  • A full 1 hour yoga class 
  • Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is fun way to get the group moving together. Our talented teachers bring their energy, knowledge, and a great playlist to help your team come together and do something great for their wellbeing.
  • Use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected. We cannot provide all yoga mats, but can often supplement a few. These can be easily and cheaply purchased by those that don't already have one. 

Option 2: Desk Chair Yoga


  • 45 Minute yoga class
  • This class will be led with all participants sitting or standing at their desks, using their chairs as support. The teacher will lead the staff through simple standing and seated postures that target the areas of the body that are most impacted by sitting at a desk all day. 
  • Requires no additional space, mats, or other props. The teacher will bring their extensive knowledge and a great playlist to help employees relax and enjoy themselves.

Lauren, raised in the DFW area, and a trained fine artist, has a background in yoga and various form of dance which include ballet, jazz, modern, belly dance, and flamenco. She received her 200RYT in 2015 and her Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach Certification in 2018. Lauren believes that our bodies are made to move and that it is important for us as a species to improve and develop our relationship with the natural world. Lauren began her journey in yoga by watching podcasts 14 years ago when she was living in Madrid, Spain. She further developed her personal practice at home by reading different books and magazines on yoga. Six years ago, she noticed that some of her joints were starting to hurt and decided that it would be best to enroll in a 200 hr yoga certification course to make sure she was doing the asanas correctly. Simple things like knee placement and bandha engagement were all she needed to improve her alignment in the asanas and relieve the pain in her joints. The further she got into the certification the more she realized that the teachings were more than proper alignment. She also realized that maybe her certification wasn"t just for herself. That is when Lauren"s yogini, Sheri, asked her to sub some classes and since then she has been teaching in the DFW area.

Yoga has been a part of Sangeeta"s life for over 20 years starting off in India in a Yoga Teacher training in her early 20"s. Immediately after, her father became her first student recovering from a heart attack he had at the age of 49! 20 years, 2 countries, 2 careers, 2 children and 1 husband later Yoga has been the constant force in her life that has kept her balanced. Her love for dancing ( Indian classical and Bollywood ) & working as a Handwriting Specialist keeps her happy!

In classes, she loves to teach the harmonizing benefits of yoga through this practice of stretching and strengthening, breath work, relaxation, and a dose of inspiration to help deepen the practice making asana safe and approachable and exciting for the beginner to the advanced practitioner. In addition to asana, Sangeeta incorporates the Energy Body, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy into her classes for a holistic yoga experience. 


She combines her years of corporate experience, as well as training from both India and the US to bring a unique perspective of traditional yoga to our modern lives. She seeks to help others balance and discover their most authentic life by nurturing body, mind and soul through yoga.
