Option 1: Group Yoga Classes 


  • A full 1 hour yoga class 
  • Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is fun way to get the group moving together. Our talented teachers bring their energy, knowledge, and a great playlist to help your team come together and do something great for their wellbeing.
  • Use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected. We cannot provide all yoga mats, but can often supplement a few. These can be easily and cheaply purchased by those that don't already have one. 

Option 2: Desk Chair Yoga


  • 45 Minute yoga class
  • This class will be led with all participants sitting or standing at their desks, using their chairs as support. The teacher will lead the staff through simple standing and seated postures that target the areas of the body that are most impacted by sitting at a desk all day. 
  • Requires no additional space, mats, or other props. The teacher will bring their extensive knowledge and a great playlist to help employees relax and enjoy themselves.

Raquel Nweze is a Houston based, 500hr registered yoga instructor and teacher trainer. She was first introduced to yoga while studying Accounting at the University of Houston. Raquel"s classes are harmonious and inspired by the yoga styles that she has practiced and studied. Raquel is currently completing course work for the Yoga Medicine program where she is educated in a fusion of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics with the traditional practice of yoga. Community service is near to her heart and it is through yoga that has given her access to a community bigger than she ever imagined. She is a powerful leader for non-profit Melanin Yoga Project where the mission is to bring yoga and mindfulness to underserved communities. When not teaching she is partnered with her husband to offer yoga teachers, nonprofits and small businesses affordable accounting services.

Synda Calobreves is a 200(+) hr RYT, a certified Unnata Aerial Yoga Instructor, and 60 Hr certified Anatomy Intensive. She has 25+ years of dance and 20 years of music. She credits them for her disciplined nature. Yoga, for her, is an evolution and exploration of the body-mind. It is about finding what is true and how to better find my alignment in this world. She finds it to be a mix of movement, discipline and play. Teaching yoga allows and enables Synda to authentically connect with others by expressing her inner wisdom. Life can be hard, Yoga can be hard. You can make life easy even in hard situations, Yoga can be easy even in hard situations. She loves to spark joy and curiosity into her teachings, and to push people beyond their comfort zones. In her free time, she trains with traditional and untraditional martial arts which aids her in keeping a sharp edge.
