Chair Yoga is a simple form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or using a chair for support while doing standing poses. No mats, blocks or straps are needed and it can be done in loose fitting work clothes.
Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone at your workplace, as it helps increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and reverse harmful habitual desk posture. Chair yoga can be done right in your office one-on-one, or in a group office, large or small.
Chair Yoga is very gentle form of yoga, that is nevertheless very therapeutic for those that spend the majority of their time at a desk. With our chair yoga class, we will cover basic standing and seated stretches that will leave your employees feeling rejuvenated and ready to get back to work.
