Shannon is a highly trained massage therapist who incorporates techniques from many modalities including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial, and neuromuscular. She also integrates yoga-inspired stretches that help expand your range of motion. She is passionate about using her knowledge of massage therapy to bring out the best in others. In her free time, she loves exploring creativity by practicing yoga and playing the piano.

Frank, Licensed Massage Therapist

Frank was inspired to pursue massage therapy from growing up with a mother who was very content with her own career as a massage therapist. He finds the best part about working as a massage therapist is his ability to help others become happier and healthier people. He’s ever-expanding on his understanding of health - he holds a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, Master’s in Oriental Medicine, and currently studying for his board exams to receive his license in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
