Aneta was introduced to yoga by a dear friend and has felt a deep connection to it ever since. She came to her mat when she was in a dark place and needed a physical outlet to release some inner obstacles. Being a personal trainer and swimmer, she was first drawn to yoga for the physical aspects of the practice. She soon realized that her yoga mat also provided a safe space for emotional and spiritual growth. Her yoga practice provided a safe space for her to explore what was at the bottom of this and struggle. Yoga gave her a sense that she could work through anything. Aneta found herself becoming not only physically stronger, but stronger in her mind as well as acknowledging the challenges that were in her path. Yoga helped Aneta switch from dark to light, from emptiness to happiness. Yoga helped Aneta open up to love and became more empowered, connected to herself like never before, and a sense of peace and love. Soon Aneta found herself thirsting for more of what yoga - not just the asanas, had to offer and a desire to share this gift with others. Aneta went on to graduate from the Yoga Teacher Training at Tribalance in 2015. Yoga has opened up Aneta in the best possible ways and she hopes to create the environment for her students to have the same opportunities. Her classes are definitely a great work out, full of fun with opportunities to not take everything so crazy serious. She also loves to share meaningful quotes and stories to help with the work inside one"s personal growth!

Kirsten (they/them) is a Chicago-based instructor passionate about creating an accessible, welcoming and safe environment in the yoga room.
Kirsten came to yoga during grad school. As a recovering perfectionist, the yoga room was a space to celebrate their own personal journey without comparison to others. On their mat, they were able to practice getting into their body and experiencing the present moment.
They completed their 200-hour yoga training at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, and continued their education with a 65-hour advanced training in psychologically-sensitive yoga at Room to Breathe.
Kirsten"s classes are trauma-sensitive, grounding, challenging and well-sequenced. Their classes help students grow in their physical yoga practice while supporting their psychological and spiritual well-being.

Tara enjoys making the practice of Yoga accessible to all students no matter what their level and physical challenges may be. She has worked with students of all levels and abilities and believes that yoga is for everyone.Though she teaches healthy alignment, she thinks that the practice is not about doing "perfect" poses or what they look like. It's about enjoying the process and reaping the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of the practice. She says that in class through centering oneself, connecting with the breath in the postures, and mindful practice, you can connect with your spirit and renew yourself on all levels and carry it into your daily life.
She has taught and practiced Yoga and Meditation/Mindfulness for over 24 years. Her Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Classes reflect a creative teaching style based on years of experience with a variety of teachers that is rooted in Iyengar inspired alignment,
which facilitates a safe practice and mindfulness in the postures.
She is registered with Yoga Alliance at their highest level as an ERYT-500 teacher and as a yoga educator (YACEP) teacher. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist with IAYT, the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She also has a Masters
