Abbey's passion in life is connecting with people. She loves working as a yoga instructor for this reason. It is such an honor for her to guide and hold space for her students to reconnect with themselves and find balance through physical, mental, and emotional health. In her class, Abbey's students will be challenged physically, connecting with their inner strengh and fire. Her students will learn to use breath and meditation to create space in their bodies and minds, finding calm and ease. Brandy Buckley has been a LMT in Tennessee for the last 5 years. Her passion in the healing arts have pushed her to travel the world. She’s studied extensively under many Renowned teachers & schools learning new techniques & cultivating her skillset. One of her recent journeys brought her to both India & Thailand in 2018. It was India that Inspired her to become a Yoga Instructor, gaining her RYS 200 in Rishikesh, birthplace of Yoga.

Claire is a 200hr RYT with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. A lifetime love of physical activity and the need to clear her head lead her to walk into her first yoga classes 6 years ago. Now as an instructor, she seeks to aid students in letting go of troubling thoughts, stressors, and self doubt through the guidance of unique sequences of breath to movement. Essentially, getting people out of their head and into their body! Helping others to find the experience of "now" has been the greatest transformation to her adult life and career. Claire is an instructor at Hot Yoga of East Nashville, YMCA's of Middle Tennessee, and Shenanigoats --yes, goat yoga:)
