Amanda Freed LMT, RYT, CMMI is a licensed massage therapist, registere yoga teacher, and a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor with over 30 years of experience in healing, presenting, and teaching nationally and internationally. She has studied with academic scholars, Native American tribes, and renowned yoga and meditation masters. A lover of brain science as well as esoteric studies, Amanda has spent thousands of hours in contemplative practice and taught simple meditation methods to hundreds of people internationally. Her clients and students represent an extremely wide range of people including collegiate, pro, and olympic athletes, traumatic brain injury survivors, corporate clients, and more. Her goal is to demistify the processes of meditation and mindfulness, making them pleasant and easily accessible to the experience practitioner as well as the neophyte within a light-hearted and fun atmosphere. Amanda's dedication to teaching self-love and compassion through meditation and mindfulness stems from her belief that the world can be elevated through contemplative practices one spirit at a time. She currently resides and practices in Tucson, AZ.
Scott is an RYT 200 certified Yoga Instructor with specialties in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation. He is also a 2nd degree black belt in Wado-Ryu Karate and teaches a combination of martial arts styles. Inclusivity is a priority for Scott, and he has a passion for creating classes that are welcoming for all experience levels and backgrounds. When not teaching, Scott spends his time with his wife and menagerie of pets, or running Dungeons and Dragons games for friends.
